Hi, just wanted to drop in and say hello. I haven't been up to the lake in about 30 years. I have very fond memories of family camp-outs. My step-father (Hank Wells) had a cabin, and I remember snowmobiling on the frozen winter lake, and my aunt and uncle had a cabin that my cousins would use during spring and summer. They were Lee and Ethel Clairmont. I remember hunting through the wood for such treasures as the perfect pine cone, interesting rocks, and swimming along the shallows to look at salamander and frog eggs. I'm glad to see the lake still has its worshippers. I now live in Phoenix, AZ, so it would be quite the 'day' trip to get up there.
